Hot U.S. Obama Controversy: "Redistribution of Wealth" - who Benefits?
The topic erupted, when presidential candidate Barack Obama, during an election campaign event, mentioned "redistribution of wealth" as a means of "giving the guy behind you a chance to make it as well". Clearly, many Americans have been concerned about "too much wealth" in the hands of the few. But there is another question to be asked: If redistribution takes place - who could guarantee, that the process does not end up hurting, rather than helping, creative individuals and the general public?
