James Lovelock: With Nuclear Energy
Against Global Warming
Der Spiegel, Germany: British environmental guru James Lovelock suggests the massive expansion of nuclear energy worldwide, in order to mobilize forces against a disastrous effect of global warming. "It is getting warmer, because it is getting warmer", he warns. Nothing will stop the chain reaction, that is already in motion. "Renewable energy" and "sustainable development", the favorite topics of environmentalists, are "well-meaning nonsense". "Green romanticism" should come to an end.
